Trial and cancellation
Eligible accounts may receive one seven-day Pro trial with source for 15 distinct paid blocks. Team has no trial. Cancel Pro before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Source already added stays in your projects, while new paid source and repeat server downloads stop when the trial ends. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period.
First paid charge
Contact help@coblick.com within 14 days of a first paid charge. We will refund that charge when paid block files or AI coding features have not been materially accessed after payment. If immediate digital access was requested and used, the charge is normally non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges and unused time are not automatically refundable. We review accidental renewals reported promptly, duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and service failures individually. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside our control.
Mandatory consumer protections
Consumers may have mandatory withdrawal, conformity, or refund protections that this policy cannot remove. For digital content supplied immediately, applicable law may require express consent and an acknowledgement about how access affects withdrawal options. Your checkout records that choice. Effect of a refund
A full refund ends paid access. Unless mandatory law requires a different result, paid source obtained through the refunded purchase must be removed and may not be used in new or existing commercial projects.
