Missed delivery playbook

The 60 minute self serve window: address, size, or cancel from the order email with no contact needed.

A left aligned heading above four material tiles, each with an icon, description, a bin badge, and a disposal note, followed by a closing line.

Annotated slip mockup: contents and serials, gift prices stripped, QR return, and initials in pen.

Serial plus email attaches the guarantee to the item itself, with three things registration unlocks.

A centered column with a usage curve card marking the single reminder day, a three rule grid explaining the timing, and a closing note.

A two column split pairing three checkmark promises with a parts panel listing each part by thumbnail, fit, price, and stock above an order button.

Four stage dot timeline from payment to door, with the quiet stretch named as the system working.

One handover question with four chips, where the answer goes, and why it never touches the driver.

Three timed steps before the first rain, each with the failure mode it prevents and the honest why.

The review email shown in full at three weeks, no incentive stated inside it and one reminder maximum.

The dispute button named as your right with honest speed math on both routes and a published record.

Three complaint stages with real durations and the exits past the store linked rather than buried.
